Brigette McDowell has been working in the Pilbara for over two years and believes that in a region that is built around exhaustible resources, sustainability is the most essential practice to ensure the longevity of life in the Pilbara.
Her favourite part of her role is saving clients money from day one of installing Cheeditha Energy Products, as well as significantly reducing their Carbon Emissions. Her goal is to enable fresh thinking and innovation within the CE team, and provide self development opportunities from graduate positions through to senior management.
Brigette is active within the Karratha Community and has implemented corporate sponsorship on behalf of Cheeditha Energy for the Dampier Sharks, she is also the incoming president of the Rotary Club of Karratha for 2019/2020.

Sophia is an empathetic, optimistic and happy person, and describes working with the CE team as being a part of a supportive and friendly group of people who are like a family.
Her favourite part of the job is being able to spend her work days making a positive difference to the environment and drawing more attention to climate issues, and how people can make positive changes to their carbon footprint.
She believes that sustainability is an important part of ensuring a bright future for all, and enjoys nature, travelling and getting to meet all kinds of people in her professional and personal life.
Peter has lived in the Pilbara for close to 10 years and envisions the future of the City of Karratha as becoming a bustling, modern and exciting city with a population of over 50,000 people. His favourite part of being a part of the CE team is the diversity of projects that they get to deliver, and that every day is different and brings a new challenge.
Peter is the current chair of the North Pilbara Football League Tribunal and has previously worked as the chair of the West Pilbara Small Business Centre.
His favourite things to do in the Pilbara are mountain bike riding, walking in the Karratha hills, and everything outdoorsy, including exploring the Karijini and Millstream National Parks.
Stanley is an elder of the Cheeditha Community and has been instrumental in developing their business interests via the Cheeditha Group Aboriginal Corporation.
His input into the daily business operations of Cheeditha Energy and other Cheeditha Group business interests is essential to working towards their goal of becoming a sustainable and financially self-reliant community well into the future, as well as ensuring that these business's operations align with the Group's cultural values.
